Jurassic World: Epic Evolution is a 2024 toyline released by Mattel that expands the ever-growing universe of Jurassic World collectibles. Following in the footsteps of its predecessor, this line organizes prehistoric species into distinct biomes, enhancing the thematic play experience for fans and collectors alike. Besides re-releases and repaints of previous toys like Dimorphodon, Parasaurolopus or Gryposuchus, it also introduces all new species like Megalosaurus, Hesperosaurus and Chasmosaurus. New sculpts of previously released creatures are also part of the line up like Herrerasaurus, Lystrosaurus and Triceratops.
While initially released under the generic Jurassic World brand in early 2024, later sets received the Jurassic World: Chaos Theory branding to promote the Netflix series. Not all species released under this branding were featured in the series, while some sets or packs were recreations of the animated scenes.
