The Mattel Ian Malcolm is a toy released in 2019 for the Jurassic World: Legacy Collection. He wears his usual black attire, carries a lit flare and comes with a Compsognathus. The figure was meant to be repacked for Velociraptor and Ian Malcolm, but the set was scrapped. Another version of the figure, based on his appearance in one of the Control Room scenes from Jurassic Park, was released as a SDCC exclusive.
