Site B Hook Truck

The Hook Truck is a Chevrolet Astro tow truck converted into a dinosaur transport vehicle and used by the InGen Huunters on Isla Sorna. The truck was included as part of the Tracker/Trapper series of Matchbox’s The Lost World: Jurassic Park Action System toy line. No such vehicle appeared in the film, and it is a toy-only vehicle.

It came with figures of Dieter Stark and a Velociraptor.

Originally released in 1985 by Matchbox as the Chevrolet Breakdown Van, its name was changed to simply “Hook Truck” for its inclusion in the toy line. It still visibly features the Chevrolet emblem (unpainted) on the grill.
