I Dinosauri di Jurassic Park #2: Stegosaurus

The Stegosaurus assembly kit came from Armando Curcio Editore’s 1993 weekly Jurassic Park collectible series, published by the historic Rome-based Italian house established in 1927 that specialized in encyclopedic works and educational publications for children.

Though Stegosaurus does not appear prominently in the original Jurassic Park film, it was included in this Curcio Editore series due to its recognizability among dinosaur enthusiasts. The publisher’s bankruptcy in February 1994 shortly after the series launch makes these kits scarce collectibles from the height of Jurassic Park’s 1993 phenomenon.
